Amcounselling

We all need to tell our story to someone who can listen carefully, so we can hear ourselves and be heard, so we can discover and rediscover who we are and who we may be at a deeper level

I am a qualified counsellor with more than 15 years’ experience in the field of counselling. My passion for human growth and personal development is grounded in the field of psychology and I draw on current scientific research to inform my work today. My therapeutic approach has been developed over many years and I work in an integrative way while using the Psychosynthesis framework. This means that I combine different therapeutic modalities to suit your needs.

I understand that when we feel vulnerable, confused or unsure, it takes courage to seek help. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space where you are safe and free to explore all of yourself and your experiences. I believe that we all need to tell our story to someone who can listen carefully, so we can hear ourselves and be heard, so we can discover and rediscover who we are and who we may be at a deeper level.
